PU100 Primer
Product Profile
PU100 is a reactive black primer produced under the strict supervision of quality assurance system with the polyurethane as the base material. It can react with the moisture in the base material and air to solidify, improving the adhesion between polyurethane and the base material. It has an outstanding covering power and UV stability. This product contains no chlorinated hydrocarbon or aromatic solvent.
Usage
As a binding accelerator, PU100 improves the binding ability of polyurethane adhesive and the glued base material. Generally, it is used together with PUHH cleaning and activating agent, however PU100 primer can also be separately used on the basis of pretest qualification. Due to the diversity of base materials and the difference of construction conditions, it is recommended to conduct experiment in advance for a better binding effect.
